A St. Thomas, Ontario native, Michael Woolley spent the 2014-2015 with the GOJHL’s London Nationals.
In the past, he’s also spent time with the Strathroy Rockets and St. Thomas Stars (GOJHL). Woolley also has a season of Junior A experience with the Cornwall Colts in the CCHL.
Woolley, a former Sarnia Sting draft pick, and alumni of the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs ‘AAA’ program, helped the London Nationals upset the Chatham Maroons in the first round of the GOJHL players, before they were ousted by eventual Western Conference champions, the Leamington Flyers last season.
A 1994 player, Woolley will be counted on for veteran leadership this season. He currently attends Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
